From the primal vista of her childhood bedroom springs Shana Carroll’s wildly imaginative, ground-breaking memoir that takes theater to new heights.

Inspired by the Tony Award-nominated former trapezist’s mesmerizing life story, a company of fearless performers transforms memory into daring aerial feats that are as moving as they are breathtaking. In the air, on the floor and from the heart, Montreal’s multidisciplinary creative collective, The 7 Fingers, brings its thrillingly modern brand of circus to life in this moving new work that embraces the fear and courage of being human.

Since its founding in 2002, the company has expanded the realm of possibilities, evolving from its signature touring productions to original creations ranging from intimate solo works to large-scale shows, Broadway musicals, artistic collaborations, special events, Olympic ceremonies, and televised performances. By blending genres and exploring the unknown, Les 7 Doigts create works that reflect our world, our time, and our shared humanity.

This is Les 7 Doigts’ third visit to Le Diamant. The company was part of the theatre’s inaugural season with Passagers in October 2019 and returned in November 2024 with Dual Reality: Au jeu comme en amour.
