Accessibility
I am a person with reduced mobility/I have a service dog. Is Le Diamant accessible?
Of course! Wheelchair access to the auditorium is available on the first and second levels of the theatre, using an elevator. We also have accessible washrooms. However, please note that we do not offer on-site wheelchair rental.
Service dogs are allowed in the auditorium during performances.

Is Le Diamant a family-friendly place to visit?
Absolutely! Our space has large, gender-neutral washrooms. Folding strollers are accepted in the coat check (but are not permitted in the performance space).
In our programming information, the productions with a limited audience (with a minimum age, for example) are clearly indicated, as are those intended for families. Children two years and under are admitted free if they are sharing a seat with a parent. Children over two years old must have their own ticket.
Is there a coat check?
Yes, we offer a coat check for $2. Please note that the coat check is cash only and that there is no on-site ATM.

We will open the theatre doors 30 minutes before the beginning of a performance. While waiting for the doors to open, you are welcome to relax in the lobby and enjoy our cash bar service.
What happens if I’m late?
For most productions, out of respect for the artists and the audience, it is not possible to enter the theatre after the show has begun.
